Resolution - 01 -908 - Requesting the Department of Planning and Economic Development to commence
a study analyzing the redevelopment opportunities and zoning options for the property north of
University Avenue and west of Prior Avenue presently occupied by Knox Lumber Company and pending
the adoption of the interim ordinance, prohibiting any development inconsistent with the pending study
and any amendments to the City's zoning code within the boundaries described.

First Reading - 01 -909 - An interim ordinance pursuant to Minnesota Statute 462.355, Subdivision 4,
preserving the status quo with respect to the use of property in the area located on Prior Avenue, north of

occupied by the Knox Lumber Company) pending completion of the study and any possible amendments
to the City's Comprehensive Plan or Zoning Ordinance necessary to give effect to the study.

Minnesota Department of Transportation for review, rating and possible Transportation Equity Act -21
funding.
