Clayton Robinson, City Attorney, presented the latest update regarding the dismissal of criminal charges
for noise violations against the Gopher State Ethanol Plant and Minnesota Brewing. Also, Gopher State
Ethanol and its affiliates will pay the City $39,000 within 30 days as partial reimbursement to the City.
This payment will reimburse the City for public funds which have been expended in compelling the plant
to comply with the noise ordinance.
