10 WF3EREAS, the public purpose of this training is to increase the knowledge and understanding of police
11 officers concerning the rolls of inentors and instructors of new officers.

WI�REAS, the Saint Paul Police DeparYment will provide a continental breakfast at this training.
BE IT ORDERED that pursuant to the 2003 City Budget, the proper City Officials are hereby authorized
to remit an amount not to exceed $875.00 to Byerly's located at 1459 Suburban Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota
55119. This is to cover expenses for food service for the participants in the `Breaking the Routine: Field
Training Officer Instructor and Certification course." Tlus includes morning break and snacks for this course.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
