Second Reading - 01 -114 - An ordinance amending Chapter 96 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code to expand the methods of payment to include accepting checks, credit, charge, or debit cards, or other methods of electronic or wire funds transfer for payment of government service transactions; authorizing the Office of Financial Services to negotiate contracts with the appropriate entities to process non -cash payment for all City departments; and allowing a convenience fee to be added to each transaction based on actual costs charged by a processing contractor.
