Total costs not to exceed $4,385.00. Many of the skills needed require facilities and locarions not available locally. The CIRT team needs a facility with ranges that can be used after dark, facilities that provide reactive targets and a lazge locale to allow all of the team to train simultaneously. ADVANTAGESIFAPPROVED The Saint Paul Police Departrnent CIRT will be better prepazed to resolve high risk situations. DISAOVANTAGES IF APPR�VED None.
