accordance with unpublished opinion.

nuisance property and setting date of Legislative Hearing for June 19, 2001, and City Council Hearing for
July 11, 2001.
7. Letter from the Department of Planning and Economic Development announcing a public hearing
before the City Council on June 27, 2001, to consider the application of W. R. Herman to rezone property
from RT -1 (Two Family Residential District) to RT -2 (Townhouse Residential District) to allow

8. Letter from the Department of Planning and Economic Development announcing a public hearing
before the City Council on July 11, 2001, to consider the application of the City of Saint Paul to rezone
property from P -1 (Parking District) to either RT -1 (Two Family Residential District) or RT -2
(Townhouse Residential District) or RM -1 (Apartments) to allow the historic Armstrong House to be
moved to the site and restored as housing at 235 Chestnut Street (former parking lot of Plastics, Inc.)
9. Letter from the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection announcing a public
hearing before the City Council on July 11, 2001, to consider the appeal of Michael Pfalz regarding the
Board of Zoning Appeals decision granting a front yard setback variance in order to construct a new

22. Resolution - 01 -624 - Authorizing the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAO) within
the Police Department to accept a $100 donation from the Minnesota Association of School Personnel
Administrators (MAPA) to be used for public education efforts and establishing a 2001 financing and
spending plan for the donation.
23. Resolution - 01 -625 - Agreeing to defend, indemnify and hold harmless District Six Community
Council for the Division of Parks and Recreation providing services to youth who live within the East
Consolidated Weed and Seed boundaries at Wilder Recreation Center and Arlington Recreation Center.
24. Resolution - 01 -626 - Adopting the "Summary of the Franklin - Emerald Area Plan" as an addendum
to the Saint Paul Comprehensive Plan.
25. Resolution - 01 -627 - Amending the 2001 spending and financing for the Office of License,
Inspections and Environmental Protection Special Fund 320 by establishing a budget for the Billboard
Sign Program.
26. Resolution - 01 -628 - Approving Cultural STAR Board recommendations for Cycle 7, Cultural STAR

27. Resolution - 01 -629 - Approving a petition of Quebecor World, Inc., to release the easements from
vacated Stewart Avenue, Parmer Street and Leland Street, as well as adjoining properties lying

33. Final Adoption - 01 -501 - An ordinance amending Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code
pertaining to zoning for the Downtown Riverfront 40 -Acre Zoning Study recommendations made by the

34. Third Reading - 01 -559 - An ordinance finalizing City Council action approving a petition of
Northern Star Company to rezone property at 1055 West Gate Drive from I -2 Industrial District to I -1
Industrial District. (Public hearing held April 25, 2001)
35. Second Reading - 01 -612 - An ordinance adopting zoning ordinance amendments related to the White
Bear Avenue Small Area Plan and 40 Acre Study.
36. Second Reading - 01 -613 - An ordinance amending Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 310.18;
increasing the malt off -sale license to cover enforcement costs and adjusting fees for mechanical
