14. Resolution - 01 -236 - Approving the appointments of Julie Shortridge, Matt Mejia, Dan Galles and

15. Resolution - 01 -237 - Approving the decision of the Legislative Hearing Officer on Property Code
Enforcement Appeals for property at 882 7th Street West, 180 Lexington Parkway, South, aka 1095
Osceola Street, 193 East Robie Street and 204 Western Avenue.
16. Resolution - 01 -238 - Accepting a donation of $2,800 from the District 6 Planning Council for use
toward the purchase of a laser radar gun by the Police Department.
17. Resolution - 01 -239 - Updating shift differential language for the non - represented "Special
Employment" group titles of Life Guard, Senior Pool Attendant, Water Safety Instructor and Swimming
Pool Supervisor.
18. Resolution - 01 -240 - Directing the proper City officials to renew the lease agreement with the West
7th Community Center, Inc. for the management of the Center.
19. Resolution - 01 -241 - Approving a Release of Easement which releases certain easement rights held
by the Board of Water Commissioners and the City of Saint Paul to divert, take and draw water from
Lake Baldwin in Anoka County.
20. Resolution - 01 -242 - Approving a redevelopment agreement with Centex Multi- Families
Communities LP regarding the Upper Landing site and the approval of a $6,000,000. loan from the City
to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
21. Resolution - 01 -243 - Scheduling a public hearing before the City Council on April 25, 2001,
regarding the amendments of the Tax Increment Financing Plans for the New Housing and Blighted
Lands Development Project (Tax Increment Financing District No. 12); the Saint Paul Neighborhood
Project (Tax Increment Districts No. IA (scattered site), No. 83 (Spruce Tree) and Numbers 9D and 9E
(Snelling and University); and the Energy Park Development and Tax Increment District.
22. Resolution - 01 -244 - Approving a STAR Year Round loan in the amount of up to $200,000 to be
used to complete the capital improvements to Lancer Service, Inc., 227 East Eighth Street, for relocation
of their existing business from the North Quadrant.
23. Resolution - 01 -245 - Memoralizing City Council action taken on December 13, 2000, denying the
appeal of Maurice Weaver of a Board of Zoning Appeals decision denying two variances in order to
construct an addition to the existing apartment building at 1604 Cohansey Street.
24. Preliminary Order - 01 -246 - In the matter of condemning and taking of property rights as required
for construction of the Arcade Street Access Road which will connect Phalen Boulevard to Arcade Street

28. Second Reading - 01 -216 - An ordinance finalizing City Council action granting the application of
John Schumacher to rezone property at 330 Prior Avenue North from RT -1 to OS -1 to allow a

29. Second Reading - 01 -217 - An ordinance providing for an additional citizen board member to
represent suburban customers on the Board of Water Commissioners.
