Resolution - 01 -37 - Approving the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Police Federation, Fire Fighters Local 421, and Saint Paul Fire Supervisory Association to mutually amend the 2000 -2001 Collective Bargaining Agreement language regarding Flexible Spending Account (FSA) service fees. Resolution - 01 -38 - Memorializing City Council action taken January 3, 2001, concerning adverse action against all licenses held by Beaver Lounge, Inc., 756 Jackson Street. 14. Resolution - 01 -39 - Authorizing the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into an agreement with Allied Management Company for the management and operation of Watergate Marina, 25000 Crosby Farm Road. 15. Resolution - 01 -41 - Approving a Pay Equity Implementation Report as to completeness and accuracy to be submitted to the Minnesota Department of Employee Relations. 17. Resolution - 01 -42 - Amending the 2001 budget by transferring $1,000,000.00 from the general fund to the "E- Government Contingency /City Council Contingency ", for the purpose of building a new City web site. 18. Resolution - 01 -43 - Declaring the City's commitment to join the "Minnesota Cities: Building Quality Communities" state -wide educational effort in cooperation with the League of Minnesota Cities, and directing Council Research Center to designate a staff member for this program. 19. Resolution - 01 -44 - Approving application for Malt Off -Sale, Alarm Permit, Cigarette /Tobacco, and Grocery Licenses by SUPERUSA, Inc., dba SUPERUSA, 97 Annapolis Street, East. (Legislative Hearing Officer recommends approval) 20. Resolution - 01 -45 - Approving application for Malt Off -Sale, Alarm Permit, Cigarette /Tobacco, and Grocery Licenses by SUPERUSA, Inc., dba SUPERUSA, 1333 Thomas Avenue. (Legislative Hearing Officer recommends approval with condition) 21. Resolution - 01 -46 - Suspending the Grocery (C) and Cigarette /Tobacco Licenses held by Abuhejleh Assim, dba Kormann's Supermarket, 719 Burr Street, for failure to pay delinquent taxes to the State of Minnesota. 22. Preliminary Order - 01 -47 - In the matter of construction of a sanitary sewer in Ogden Court from three hundred (300) feet west of McKnight Road to Winthrop Street and in an easement area parallel and approximately one hundred sixty (160) feet north of the Ogden Court sewer, and setting date of public hearing for February 7, 2001.
