29. Presentation of the Award of Excellence for 2000 by the Minnesota Recreation and Park Association
to the Saint Paul Division of Parks and Recreation for the Dayton's Bluff Achievement Plus Program.
Randy Distad, Minnesota Recreation and Park Association, presented the Award of Excellence for 2000
to the Saint Paul Division of Parks and Recreation.
A report was presented by Victor Wittgenstein, Director of the Division of Parks and Recreation, on the
amount of damage done by the July 7, 2000, storm.
