Letter from the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection announcing a
public hearing before the City Council on May 24, 2000, to consider the appeal of Leslie
Lucht to a decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals denying several variances in order to
construct a third dwelling unit on the property at 681 -683 Van Buren Avenue.
