Final Adoption - 99 -967 - An ordinance amending Chapter 324 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to prohibit tobacco vending machines in facilities where minors are present and to establish an administrative penalty to be imposed against the clerk at a licensed premise who sells tobacco or tobacco products to a minor.
