and Susan Kimberly, Deputy Mayor.
Council requested that the Administration present proposals regarding the operation of
Watergate Marina for the 2000 boating season at their March 8 City Council Meeting. (Also, see
resolution introduced as a Suspension Item).

28. Final Adoption - 00 -130 - An ordinance amending the Saint Paul Legislative Code sections which
regulate trucking facilities. The fundamental change is that the amendments would first permit trucking
facilities in I -2 districts subject to special conditions. (Substitute introduced and amended on February
