Improvement Project in the Department of Public Works.
D001888 Authorizing expenses, not to exceed $300.00, for a joint meeting /dinner between Saint
Paul Public Library staff and Saint Paul Public School staff on April 12, 2000. Money has been
received from The Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library to pay for the event.
D001889 Approving a Lease Agreement to provide 4,500 square feet of space in the Arts and
Science Center to the Charter School Building Corporation for storage of work stations.
4. Resolution - 00 -482 - Approving the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and
Saint Paul Supervisors Organization, Saint Paul Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Association,
AFSCME Clerical 42508, Laborers Local 4132, and Teamsters Local 4120 for the purpose of piloting a
uniform policy for employees in the City's Golf Operations Unit for the 2000 golf season. (Laid over

5. Resolution - 00 -515 - Recognizing Don Singer, a teacher in the Saint Paul Public Schools for 34
years, and proclaiming Thursday, June 1, 2000 as Don Singer Day in the City of Saint Paul.
