8. Resolution - 00 -380 - Authorizing a lease purchase agreement for RiverCentre Parking Ramp
improvements and authorizing the execution of the lease, bond purchase agreement, and continuing
disclosure agreement.
9. Resolution - 00 -381 - Authorizing the Department of Planning and Economic Development to enter
into a joint powers agreement with MnDOT for the State's cost participation in the Phalen Boulevard
EIS and a budget amendment for the $350,000 payment by the State toward the EIS.
10. Resolution - 00 -382 - Amending the 2000 budget in the Department of Planning and Economic
Development by adding grant funds in the amount of $396,878 received from the Metropolitan Council
