Resolution - 00 -1176 - Adopting the Summary of The Hamline Midway Community Plan as an addendum to the Saint Paul Comprehensive Plan. 7. Resolution - 00 -1177 - Memorializing the decision of the City Council on October 25, 2000, granting the appeal of Hilsgen, et al. to a decision of the Planning Commission granting a non - conforming use permit to change from a machine shop to a Laundromat at 962 Forest Street. 8. Resolution - 00 -1178 - Memorializing the decision of the City Council on September 20, 2000, granting the appeal of Dayton's Bluff District 4 Community Council to a decision of the Planning Commission granting a change of non - conforming use permit to change from a small custom welding shop to a janitorial service at 841 Hudson Road. 9. Resolution - 00 -1180 - Authorizing the Western District of the Police Department to accept the donation of a digital camera, valued at approximately $1,000, from the Frogtown Weed and Seed Committee. 11. Resolution - 00 -1181 - Accepting a $100,000.00 community policing overtime grant from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Drug Police and Violence Prevention and authorizing Chief Finney to enter into an agreement with same. 12. Resolution - 00 -1182 - Approving additions to the Division of Parks and Recreation financing and spending plans in the 2000 budget for the repayment of the wood chipper loan. 13. Resolution - 00 -1183 - Approving additions to the Division of Parks and Recreation financing and spending plans in the 2000 budget to purchase equipment and supplies for use at the Como Campus. 14. Resolution - 00 -1184 - Accepting the donation of $2,000 from Randall Benson and establishing a spending plan in the Division of Parks and Recreation 2000 budget towards the cost of fencing and signage for the off -leash dog area at the south end of Arlington /Arkwright Park. 15. Resolution - 00 -1185 - Approving additions to the Division of Parks and Recreation financing and spending plans in the 2000 budget for removal of trees and other growth from holding ponds throughout the City. 16. Resolution - 00 -1186 - Amending the financing and spending plans of the 2000 Sewer Rehabilitation Program by transferring sewer funding from the 1997 Inflow /Infiltration, 1998 and 1999 Sewer Rehabilitation Programs. 17. Resolution - 00 -1187 - Agreeing to hold the State of Minnesota, its officers, agents and employees harmless from any and all liability or damages resulting from removal of deer from the Pig's Eye Site between January 1, 2001, and April 1, 2001. 18. Resolution Approving Assessment - 00 -1188 - In the matter of the assessment for installation of a fire protection system at 386 North Wabasha Street (Ecolab University Center) and setting date of public hearing for January 3, 2001. Resolution - 00 -1121 - Requesting the Office of LIEP to conduct a study of the liquor license fees issued to theaters to determine whether the fee set is sufficient to cover the City's licensing and enforcement costs and whether the reduced fee is economically necessary for theaters, and to report to the Council by October 1, 2001.
