8. Resolution - 00 -1030 - Memorializing the decision of the City Council on August 9, 2000, denying
the appeal of Douglas Berends to a decision of the Planning Commission denying a request for a special
condition use permit to allow for a used car sales lot at 1170 Arcade Street.
9. Resolution - 00 -1031 - Approving release of a slope easement taken for use during alley construction
in the block bounded by McLean Avenue, Bates Avenue, Mound Street, and Elliot Place.
10. Resolution - 00 -1032 - Approving a preliminary and final plat for Sibley Park Apartments on the
block bounded by East Seventh Street, Sibley Street East, Eight Street, and Wacouta Street. (Public

11. Resolution - 00 -1033 - Authorizing the Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC)
Task Force to accept the donation of 500 Precise Mousing Surface mouse pads valued at approximately

24. Final Adoption - 00 -860 - An ordinance amending Chapter 82 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code
to bring it into conformance with amendments to the Uniform Municipal Contracting Act (Ch. 471.345).

25. Final Adoption - 00 -861 - An ordinance amending Chapter 86 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code
to bring it into conformance with amendments to the Uniform Municipal Contracting Act (Ch 471.35).

26. Final Adoption - 00 -862 - An ordinance amending Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 33.04 by
inserting the 50% reduction of all housing related permits as part of an extension of a pilot program,

27. Final Adoption - 00 -889 - An ordinance amending Saint Paul Legislative Code Chapter 376;
requiring annual taxicab vehicle inspections instead of biannual inspections and allowing for appearance
