Resolution - 00 -1031 - Approving release of a slope easement taken for use during alley construction in the block bounded by McLean Avenue, Bates Avenue, Mound Street, and Elliot Place. 10. Resolution - 00 -1032 - Approving a preliminary and final plat for Sibley Park Apartments on the block bounded by East Seventh Street, Sibley Street East, Eight Street, and Wacouta Street.
