Letter from the Department of Planning and Economic Development announcing a public
hearing before the City Council on August 25, 1999, to consider the appeal of Ronald
Hachey to a decision of the Planning Commission to grant a special condition use permit to
allow for 7 units in a cluster development at 0 Juliet Avenue (north of Palace Avenue and
approximately 200 feet east of Lexington Parkway).
