ADMINISTRATNE ORDER,
WFIEREAS, Parks and Recreation maintains a variety of facilities throughout the City of Saint Paul, not all of
which have restroom facilities auailable; and
WHEREAS, various community groups have expressed an interest in contributing the full costs towards the
City of Saint Paul providing portable toilets at facilities throughout the park system; and
WF�IEREA5, Parks and Recreation is willing to arrange the placement of said portable facilities upon the
commitment of contributions from community groups; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul wishes to sincerely thank those organizations which contribute funding for
the purpose of providing portable restroom facilities in area parks; and
T'riEt2"nrOt2��, it is ordered that the proper City officials aze hereby authorized to accept and expend
contributions to provide portable toilets in area pazks.
