Resolution - 99 -610 - Directing the Planning Commission to consider the Merriam Park Special Sign District Plan and forward a recommendation to the City Council by September 1, 1999. 19. Resolution - 99 -611 - Amending Resolution 98 -733 (creating special district sign plans) which provided a "bridge" to protect the planning processes authorized under Minn. Stat. Section 462.355, subd.4 and approved in Ordinance 97 -1568 (establishing a moratorium prohibiting new advertising signs and modification of existing advertising signs pending city zoning study) pending the passage, approval and effective date of a separate amendment to C.F. 97 -1568 which provides for extension of the moratorium for an additional eighteen (18) months. 20. Resolution - 99 -612 - Amending Ordinance 97 -1568 (establishing a moratorium prohibiting new advertising signs and modification of existing advertising signs pending city zoning study) by approving the continuation of the interim regulations established therein and approved in Resolution 98 -733 (creating special district sign plans) as authorized under Minn. Stat. Section 462.355, Subd. 4 for a maximum additional time of eighteen (18) months. 21.
