Resolution - 99 -256 - Requesting that the Office of the City Attorney (CAO) prepare a Request for Proposal (RFP) that would seek proposals from private law firms to commence suit against gun manufacturers and dealers and after the proposals have been evaluated, the report and recommendations of the CAO shall be submitted to the Mayor and Council, if possible no later than June 1, 1999.
