Resolution - 99 -1181 - Amending the 1999 budget in the Office of the City Attorney to reflect additional funding received from the State Legislature to continue the Community Courts calendar in Ramsey County through September 30, 2000. 7. Resolution - 99 -1182 - Amending the 1999 budget in the Office of the City Attorney to provide additional funding in 1999 for the design and implementation of a new criminal case management system and decrease spending authority in 2000. 8. Resolution - 99 -1183 - Amending the spending and financing plans for Highwood Sanitary Sewer (Marillac) by adding Water Utility funding. 9. Resolution - 99 -1184 - Accepting a Criminal Gang Strike Force grant for the period January 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, and authorizing Police Chief William Finney to enter into an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Drug Policy and Violence Prevention. 10. Resolution - 99 -1185 - Authorizing the Police Department to enter into an agreement with the Ramsey County Health Department for services related to the use of on -call social workers for placement of children during FORCE Unit search warrants from January 1, 2000, through December 31, 2000. 11. Resolution - 99 -1188 - Agreeing to hold Highland Catholic School harmless for the City's use of their gymnasium for youth basketball and karate programs. 14. Resolution - 99 -1189 - Setting a public hearing for December 22, 1999, to consider increasing Sewer Service Availability Charge (SAC) from $1,050.00 to $1,100.00 beginning January 1, 2000. 15. Resolution - 99 -1190 - Amending and /or closing the spending and financing plans of various capital project accounts in the Department of Public Works. 16. Resolution - 99 -1191 - Executing a dedication of perpetual and temporary easements across City owned lands for construction of the BN Regional Trail between Johnson Parkway in Saint Paul and Frost Avenue in Maplewood. 17. Resolution - 99 -1192 - Approving a budget amendment enabling the City to receive and expend Metropolitan Council Livable Communities Grant Funds ( "Main Street on Payne" project) 18. Resolution - 99 -1193 - Approving the decision of the Legislative Hearing Officer on Property Code Enforcement Appeals for property at 1232 Seventh Street East; 1842, 1848, 1854 St. Clair Avenue; 735 Woodlawn Avenue; 331 Sherwood Avenue; 893 Fry Street; and 2159 Juliet Avenue. Resolution - 99 -1196 - Adopting the 2000 City of Saint Paul Tax Levy Payable in 2000. 22. Resolution - 99 -1197 - Adopting the 2000 City of Saint Paul Annual Budgets. 23. Resolution - 99 -1198 - Approving the Saint Paul Port Authority Property Tax Levy Payable in 2000. 24. Resolution - 99 -1199 - Approving the Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Property Tax Levy payable in 2000 and approving the HRA 2000 Budget. 25. Third Reading - 99 -1165 - An ordinance adding a new subdivision to Saint Paul Legislative Code Chapter 60, Division 5, entitled "Special Districts," establishing commercial and residential redevelopment overlay districts in the Shepard- Davern area. (Public hearing held December 8) 30. Second Reading - 99 -1179 - An ordinance enacted pursuant to Section 17.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul and Section 409.20 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code creating a Commercial Development District on property with the address of 2082 Ford Parkway. 31. First Reading - 99 -1202 - An ordinance amending Section 157.04 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to delete an obsolete reference to the Department of Community Services and to allow the Director of Parks and Recreation, rather than the Director of Community Services or a designee, the ability to post signs indicating that tree trimming work is in progress and banning parking within one hundred feet of such work. 32.
