Comprehensive Plan.
15. Resolution - 98 -1028 - Executing a Modification Agreement betweenthe City, the owner of Town
Square, and the Housing and RedevelopmentAuthority.
16. Resolution - 98 -1029 - Approving the use of up to $25,000 fromthe Joint Marketing Fund to support
the marketing of the TitanicExhibit, and authorizing the proper City officials to enter intocontracts to
provide the necessary services.
17. Resolution - 98 -1030 - Refunding assessment paid by seller forreplacement of a lead water service
connection at 1427 Raymond Avenueand reinstating the assessment to the property to be paid by
thebuyer.
