Resolution - 97 -10 - Approving a new agreement for billing and collecting sewer service charges between the Board of Water Commissioners and the City of Saint Paul. FOR DISCUSSION 16. Resolution - 96 -1537 - Ordering the owner to remove or repair the building at 581 Forest Street within fifteen (15) days from adoption of resolution. Public hearing to consider the appeal of Donald Cameron to a decision of the Heritage Preservation Commission to deny approval of a carport and front entry roof at 556 -58 Ashland Avenue. 28.
