Resolution - 96 -1148 - Amending the 1996 budget in the Saint Paul Police Department to allow for the hiring of personnel and purchasing equipment for the Automated Pawn System. 21. Resolution - 96 -1149 - Amending the 1995 Capital Improvement Program by transferring the spending and financing to the 1995 Combined Sewer Separation Program for the Brick Street Paving Project. 22. Resolution - 96 -1150 - Allowing the City to amend its 1996 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program by adding the Williams Hill Redevelopment Project. 23. Resolution - 96 -1151 - Finalizing City Council action taken August 28, 1996, concerning adverse action against the licenses held by Debra R. Johnson, dba Sportsbreak, 1199 Rice Street. 24. Resolution - 96 -1152 - Authorizing in -kind donation of City staff time, up to $5,000, to perform technical site surveys of Saint Paul schools as part of NetDay Minnesota. 25. Resolution - 96 -1153 - Electing to continue participation in the Local Housing Incentives Account Program under the Metropolitan Livable Communities Act during the calendar year 1997. 26. Resolution - 96 -1154 - Authorizing City officials to prepare and submit grant applications to the Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission, initiate planning efforts and negotiate agreements with Ramsey County related to the construction of an additional sheet of ice at the Highland Arena. 27. Resolution - 96 -1155 - Authorizing the Saint Paul Police Department to submit a grant application for Innovative Partnerships in the amount of $89,250 to initiate a program for organizing the New American business owners along the University Corridor. 28. Resolution - 96 -1156 - Authorizing the Saint Paul Police Department to submit a grant application for Prevention and Intervention Program in the amount of $81,709 for the SUISS System, an innovative technology for the tracking of juvenile offenders. 29. Resolution - 96 -1157 - Authorizing the Saint Paul Police Department to submit a grant application for Prevention and Intervention Programs in the amount of $150,000 for a program on gang research. 30. Resolution - 96 -1158 - Authorizing the Saint Paul Police Department to submit a grant application for Prevention and Intervention Programs in the amount of $136,613 for a Police Youth Liaison Program. 31. Resolution - 96 -1159 - Authorizing the Minnesota Department of Transportation to determine the maximum safe speed on West Seventh Street from Otto Avenue to Dealton Street. 32. Resolution - 96 -1160 - Approving a registered land survey for the property at 537 State Street. 33. Resolution - 96 -1161 - Approving a preliminary and final plat of Crosby Lake Business Park, 3rd Addition by the Saint Paul Port Authority. 34. Resolution - 96 -1003 - Requesting the State of Minnesota to allow Minnesota cities to impose restrictions on certain firearms and ammunition in excess of state restrictions.
