27, 1996, to consider the vacation of air rights around the northwest corner of Kellogg Boulevard and
Cedar Avenue to develop a ballroom facility for the Radisson Hotel.

the University of Minnesota Research Lab for unclaimed dogs and cats.

Dayton's Bluff Center for Civic Life to a decision of the Planning Commission granting a special

11. Resolution - 96 -272 - Finalizing City Council action taken February 14, 1996, denying the appeal of

25. First Reading - 96 -285 - An ordinance amending Section 170.10 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code
by deleting gender - specific references and increasing the amount of time a person may be expelled from
a recreation center.
