Resolution - 95 -1029 - Waiving the 60% Consent Requirement for a block party /special event for the Payne- Arcade Association Harvestfest to be held on September 16, 1995, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. 18. Resolution - 95 -1030 - Approving an amendment to the lease between the City of St. Paul and Minnesota Children's Museum, Inc. to permit the museum to sublet a portion of the premises to Creative Kidstuff, Inc. 19. Resolution - 95 -1031 - Directing staff to work with the Center for Energy and the Environment to develop and submit a grant proposal to the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives funded by the U.S. EPA and Department of Energy. 20. Final Adoption - 95 -934 - An ordinance authorizing the dispensation of intoxicating liquor pursuant to Laws 1993, Chapter 350, at the Como Park Clubhouse and Lakeside Pavilion. (Substitute introduced August 16) 32. Final Adoption - 95 -935 - An ordinance amending Chapters 89, 92 and 94 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to the rules and regulations of the Saint Paul Water Utility as recommended by the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul. 33. Final Adoption - 95 -936 - An ordinance amending Chapter 33 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to Fences; allowing for variances in height requirements under certain circumstances. 34. Final Adoption - 95 -937 - An ordinance amending Chapter 370 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to certificates of trade competency; to allow for an increase in examination fees.
