Resolution - 95 -187 - Accepting the proposal on sale of $12,500,000 general obligation capital improvement bonds, Series 1995B, providing for their issuance, and levying a tax for the payment thereof. 9. Resolution - 95 -188 - Accepting the proposal on sale of $3,110,000 general obligation street improvement special assessment bonds, Series 1995c, providing for their issuance, and levying a tax for the payment thereof. 10. Resolution - 95 -189 - Authorizing the Division of Parks and Recreation to undertake a Pest Control Program on City park properties and post notification of same. 11. Resolution - 95 -197 - Establishing budget for State of Minnesota Outdoor Recreation Grant received for construction of the Jimmy Lee Recreation Center children's play area. 19. Resolution - 95 -198 - Accepting the Council Research Report titled "Cable Television Access Services: Lower Cost Alternatives." (For referral to the City Operations Committee) 20. Resolution - 95 -199 - Establishing the policy and procedure for repeat nuisance properties which require City inspectors to simultaneously issue a criminal citation as well as a summary abatement order for those properties with history of previous summary abatement orders. 21. Resolution Approving Assessment - 95 -200 - In the matter of repair of sanitary sewer connections by Public Works for 1993 and 1994 (SSA9502) (9627); demolitions of vacant buildings for January, 1995 (J9504C) (9631); and summary abatements (property clean -up snow removal and /or sanding walks) for December, 1994 and January, 1995 (J9504A) (9632); and setting date of public hearing before the Legislative Hearing Officer for April 18, 1995, and public hearing before the City Council for April 26, 1995. 22. Resolution - 95 -201 - Acknowledging receipt of Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting Award from the Government Finance Officers Association and recognizing George Splichal and Jose Jovellana for their work in preparing the 1993 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. 23. Resolution - 95 -202 - Acknowledging receipt of Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting Award from the Government Finance Officers Association and recognizing City staff for their team work in preparing the 1993 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. ORDINANCES 24. Final Adoption - 94 -706 - An ordinance amending Chapter 366 of the Legislative Code by adding language authorizing the Police Chief to assess a fee to cover the cost of providing security for a block party, community festival, special event, march, demonstration or public gathering.
