Resolution - 95 -126 - Authorizing proper city officials to enter into a Cooperative Construction Agreement with Ramsey County for reconstruction of County State Aid Highway 41 (Annapolis Street) between Robert Street and Kansas Street. 21. Resolution - 95 -127 - Transferring surplus dollars from various signal projects, 1985 CIB Traffic Signals, and 1994 PIA Contingency to offset deficit funding in other traffic signal projects and the remainder to be set aside in the 1994 MSA Contingency account. 22.
