finalize Council approval of a petition of Scraper Development Ltd. to rezone property located at 1217
Birmingham Street, 1395, 1405, 1415 Maryland Avenue East, 1218 and 1224 -1226 Etna Street from R-
3 and RM -2 to B -1.

20. Third Reading - 94 -774 - An ordinance amending the Administrative Code by adding a provision
