Resolution - 95 -12 - Authorizing the Department of Public Works to make available to the general public, through the non - commercial "Internet" system, versions of the Charter and the Legislative and Administrative Codes of the City of Saint Paul. 20. Resolution - 95 -13 - Providing a partial release of a flooding and drainage easement resulting from relocated Vadnais Boulevard in Vadnais Heights. 21. Resolution - 95 -14 - Authorizing the proper City officials to execute a contract for retail water service between the Saint Paul Board of Water Commissioners, the City of Mendota, and the City of Mendota Heights. 22. Resolution - 95 -15 - Approving action of the Property Code Enforcement Board of Appeals at the December 8, 1994, meeting granting five extensions of time to property owners. 23. Resolution - 95 -16 - Approving action of the Property Code Enforcement Board of Appeals at the December 8, 1994, meeting granting 13 variances to property owners. 23a. Resolution - 95 -23 - Authorizing the Department of Finance and Management Services authority to initiate all necessary action leading to the issuance of City General Obligation Bonds on February 22, 1995, with the City Council awarding bids that afternoon. DISCUSSION 24. Resolution - 95 -17 - Approving license moratorium for all new pawn shops until December 31, 1995. 25. Second Reading - 94 -1863 - An ordinance amending Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, Zoning Code, so as to add provisions regulating the location of currency exchange businesses. First Reading - 95 -19 - An ordinance preserving the status quo with respect to the establishment of pawn shops within the City of Saint Paul pending the completion of studies of possible amendments to the City's Comprehensive Plan and regulatory ordinances concerning pawn shops. 28. First Reading - 95 -20 - An ordinance amending Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to Zoning; adding provisions regulating the location of firearms dealers. Third Reading - 94 -1834 - An ordinance amending Chapter 86 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code to provide for alternate signatures for the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance and Management Services on City contracts. 30. Third Reading - 94 -1835 - An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 13534 approved January 31, 1967, by adding that Quirnia Avenue, bounded by St. Paul Avenue and Edgcumbe Road become a one - way street (eastbound). 31. Resolution - 95 -21 - Approving application for an On Sale Malt (Strong) Beer License by The Italian Oven, Inc. (James M. Morelli), 1786 East Minnehaha Avenue. (ID 475025) 32.
