Please be advised that we represent Elisa Sutton for all claims arising out of the motor vehicle accident that occurred
on August 7, 2023, at Robert St. & 4th St. in the City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota.
That as a result of the negligence of the City of St. Paul Police Department, Ms. Sutton was injured in an accident
involving a St. Paul Police Department vehicle, the exact extent of which injuries are unknown at this time.
Please provide our office with a copy of the police report #23142395.
Ms. Sutton’s 2013 Dodge Charger sustained extensive property damage in the crash; the towing charge for Ms.
Sutton was $145.63.
Enclosed is our Notice of Claim regarding this incident which is served pursuant to Minn. State § 549.09 and 466.05.

front of her causing a collision. Paramedics checked her out at scene.
Airbags did not deploy.
