Upon hitting this pothole I noted that I had a flat tire. After changing to my spare, I noticed I lost both tires on one side of my car. Meaning I could no longer drive the car home. I parked it at a nearby gas station and waited for AAA to tow me to a shop to replace my tires.__________ Please state why or how you feel the City of Saint Paul is responsible for your Damages? _Had the city patched this pothole.
