My car hit a pot hole that was large, it made a big sound and my tire start deflating. I had to park it a few blocks away and called AAA the next day to change the tire. 3/20/23, I took it to Discount Tire to replace it.______ Please state why or how you feel the City of Saint Paul is responsible for your Damages? _The pot hole is large and not marked.
