ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
Pursuant to the 2002 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit payment
for the Department of Fire and Safety Services 125th Anniversary celebration not to exceed
$1,000.00. The public purpose of this event is to recognize 125 years of fire and emergency service
to tfie citizens of Saint Paui. This wiN pay for all costs incurred by the Department of Fire and Safety
Services to hold a 125th Anniversary celebration for the department on October 6, 2002 at Harriet
island.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
