ADMINISTRATTVE ORDER
WHEREAS, Saint Paul Pazks and Recreation will host The Gus Macker 3 on 3 Basketball Toumaznent in
Downtown Saint Paul August 16-18, 2002. Approximately 120 volunteers, 50 staff and SS court officials are
needed to effectively and safely implement the program.
WHEREAS, Saint Paul Parks and Recreation provides lunch and beverages far volunteers, staff and court officials
during the tournament, including set up and take down.
WAEREAS, Most of the beverages and food is donated, there will still be a cost for misceilaneous items and ice
not exceeding $1000.
NOW,
LET IT BE RESOLVED, that Saint Paul Parks and Recrearion is authorized to pay for
beverages and food for volunteers, staff and court officials during the Gus Macker Tournament with a cost not
exceeding $1000.00.
