Park Security Review - Eric Thompson presented the security plan and answered questions. b. Jimmy Lee/ Oxford Pool project -Ken Wehrle reviewed the project and answered questions. c. Great River Park Master Plan - Jody Martinez distributed handouts and discussed the upcoming Community Workshops to be held March 23 - 25. d. Resolution 05-03 Commending Bob Bierscheid was motioned by Commissioner Kelly and 2nd by Commissioner Middleton. Vote was 5 to 0 with three commissioners absent. 4. COMMISSION STRUCTURE AND ACTIVITIES Goals: Motion was made by Commissioner Paulson to adopt the 2005 goals, and seconded by Commissioner Kelly. Vote of 5 to 0 with three commissioners absent. Work Plan: Motion was made by Commissioner Middleton to adopt the 2005-2006 work plan, and seconded by Commissioner Kelly. Vote was 5 to 0 with three commissioners absent. 5. ADJOURNMENT.
