Amend the Bylaws
This is a reminder that a special meeting of the Saint Paul RiverCentre Convention & Visitors
Authority will be held at 8:00 am on Wednesday, June 28th in the RCA Authority Board Room,
fifth floor of the RiverCentre for the purpose of making amendments to the current SPRCVA By-
laws. The attached notice and the one sent on June 7 details what the the changes to the By-laws
that the Saint Paul RiverCentre Convention & Visitors Authority will consider on June 28 at 8:00
am.
Please be advised that the resolution originally sent on June 7, 2006 was not correct as it was
missing an amendment that was stated in the public notice. Please see the attached corrected
resolution which includes the same amendments to the By-laws as stated in the public notice.
