Just wanted to confirm that we have scheduled three meetings with the Library Board to discuss the 2007
budget. The meeting notices and agenda will be done by your office,All meetings will be held in the
Council Chambers.
It is possible that other items can be included on the agenda but these should require little time.
The meeting dates and times are:
August 23 - 9 am start.The agenda item I need is "Discussion of the proposed 2007 budget and tax levy."
September 6 - 2:30 start (ends no later than 3:30). The agenda item I need is "Resolution Establishing the
maximum tax levy for 2007."
November 15 - 2 pm start(ends no later than 3:30). The agenda item I need is "Resolution Adopting the 2007
Budget and Tax Levy."
