Side yard setbacks of 9 feet are required and a setback of 6 feet is proposed on the west side of the house and a 4-foot setback is proposed for the garage on the east side, for variances of 3 feet and 5 feet respectively. H. Applicant - Steve Hommeyer (#02-120925) Location - 317 Woodlawn Avenue Zoning - R-2 Purpose: MINOR VARIANCE - A rear yard setback variance in order to build a new attached garage onto the existing house. A rear yard setback is of 25 feet is required and a setback of 10 feet is proposed, for a variance of 15 feet. I.
