Purpose: MAJOR VARIANCE - A setback variance in order to establish
two trailer display lots, one at 516 Como
and the other at 546 Como. A 25-foot
setback is required from Como Avenue
and a setback of 10 feet is proposed, for a
variance of 15 feet at both locations.
B. Applicant - Tibor S. Pumper (#02-141930)
Location - 1029 Englewood Avenue
Zoning - R-4
Purpose: MAJOR VARIANCE - Five variances in order to subdivide this
parcel and build a new two-family house.
1.) Lot coverage of 30% is allowed and
coverage of 31% is proposed, for a
variance of 1% (68 feet). 2.) A side yard
setback of 9 feet is required and a
setback of 3.6 feet is proposed on each
side, for a variance of 5.4 feet on each
side. 3.) The maximum allowable height
is 30 feet with 34 feet proposed, for a
variance of 4 feet. 5) A minimum lot width

Purpose: MAJOR VARIANCE - Two variances in order to construct a new
health services clinic. 1.) The new clinic
requires 160 off-street parking spaces and
118 spaces are proposed, for a variance
of 42 spaces. 2.) Off-street parking
facilities must be located within 300 feet of
the building they are intended to serve. A
portion of the new parking will be provided
in a remote lot located 360 feet from the
building, for a variance of 60 feet.
