You are invited to an information meeting to find out about the project, estimated costs and assessments. Time and place for the meeting: Wednesday, February 28, 2001, 7:00 PM Hazel Park Rec Center 919 N Hazel Street It is proposed to construct storm sewer, construct curb and gutter, and grade and pave the street to bring the street up to City Standards. The estimated assessment rate is $99.50 per assessable foot. At the information meeting, we can discuss options which could possibly reduce the amount of the assessment. The meeting we are inviting you to is informational only. Any final decisions on the proposed project will be made at an official public hearing in the City Hall Chambers of the City Council. The notice for that meeting is included in this mailing. If the project is approved, construction would take place in summer of 2001.
