President Johnson stated that at the Credit Committee meeting of December 12, a question arose regarding the low bidder's intention to pay prevailing wages. We have discussed this matter with Mike Noonan, owner of Portable Barge Services, Inc. He will be using subcontractors which include members of the Boilermakers, Carpenters, and Local 49 unions. RESOLUTION NO. 3864 DISTRICT COOLING SAINT PAUL, INC. -AUTHORIZATION FOR TAX-EXEMPT FINANCING ALLOCATION APPLICATION Moved by Commissioner Goldner, Resolution No. 3864 reviewed and recommended by the Credit Committee for approval by the Board.
