OLD BUSINESS Applicant - Marvinn Plakut- Episcopal Health & Housing Services (#01-187552) Location - 490 Lynnhurst Avenue East Zoning - RM-2 Purpose: - A front yard setback, side yard setback and parking variance to build an addition to Iris Park Commons and a new 50 unit senior bldg. (Seabury). The required front yard setback from University Ave is 25 feet with 8 feet proposed, for a variance of 17 feet. The side yard setback from Fairview Avenue is 19 feet with 8 feet proposed, for a variance of 11 feet. Required parking is 169 spaces with 140 proposed, for a variance of 29 parking spaces. III. NEW BUSINESS A. Applicant - Meredith Lindorff (#01-187519) Location - 1351 Stillwater Avenue Zoning - R-4 Purpose: - A variance in conjunction with the residential street repaving program, to allow parking within a required yard on the east side of the house to continue. B. Applicant - Paul Povel (#01-189192) Location - 2190 Hoyt Avenue West Zoning - R-3 Purpose: - A side yard setback variance in order to construct an attached garage on the west side of the house. The required front setback is 49 feet and a 34-foot setback is proposed, for a variance of 15 feet. D. Applicant - Moises Rivera (#01-200430) Location - 943 Clark Street Zoning - RT-1 Purpose: - Two variances in order to construct a new carport. A side yard setback of 9 feet is required and a setback of 0 feet is proposed, for a variance of 9 feet. Lot coverage of 1,980 square feet is allowed and coverage of 2,019 square feet is proposed, for a variance of 39 square feet. E. Applicant - Anna Haski (#01-200438) Location - 1523 Arlington Avenue East Zoning - R-3 Purpose: - Two variances in order to construct a new detached garage. A height of 15 feet is allowed and 16 feet is proposed, for a 1 foot variance. The maximum allowed square footage is 1,000 with 1,170 square feet proposed, for a variance of 170 square feet. F.
