The speech will be held at the new Science Museum of Minnesota's Omni Theater and broadcast live on the Internet, "This is a special event for two important reasons," Mayor Coleman said. "First, we are fortunate to have an opportunity to showcase the new Science Museum of Minnesota and the fantastic new Omni Theatre. Secondly, this speech will be the first major city address to be broadcast live on the Internet. The great power of technology is to make more information accessible to more people. This year anyone with a computer connected to the Internet will be able to see the speech live as it happens." The program and speech will begin at 5:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
