Monday, February 21 -Council offices are closed in observance of President's Day- No meetings
scheduled.
Livable Communities Committee-Tues., Feb. 22, 2 p.m., Room 1A. The committee will consider: minor
amendment to part 1, 2000-2001 metropolitan regional parks capital improvement program; public housing
agency plan -establish date for public hearing; options for spending excess park bond debt service funds;
LCA credits for Chanhassen affordable housing preservation and development; Builders'Association of
the Twin Cities(BATC) presentation re: land availability; MUSA expansion clarification; Council member
reports; and other business.
Environment Committee-Tues., Feb. 22, 4 p.m., Chambers. The committee will consider: authorization
to extend infiltration/inflow(I/I) loan/grant program; approval of engineering contract for combined sewer
overflow(CSO)separation evaluation in Minneapolis; infiltration/inflow(I/I)grant program background;
status report on design-build capital projects; and other business.
Management Committee-Wed., Feb. 23, 2 p.m., Room 1A. The committee will consider: approval of
Dorsey Whitney contract amendment for environmental and regulatory matters; approval of transit info.

park bond debt service funds; St. Paul comprehensive plan update; Minneapolis comprehensive plan
update; approval of Council members' committee and liaison assignments; nomination and election of

Hiawatha LRT Community Advisory Committee-Wed., Feb. 23, 6:30 p.m., Brian Coyle Community
Center, 420- 15th Ave. S., Minneapolis. The committee will consider: value engineering
recommendations; construction mitigation communication plan for design/build contractor; discussion on
free rights; update from Hiawatha project office; and other business.
