Immediately following the Regular Meeting the Commission will hold its first in a
series of public hearings on redistricting. The Public hearing will begin 7:00 p.m.at
the same location.Topic:Process,Standards and Timeline for Ward Redistricting.
Reminder:Commissioners are responsible to contact the Secretary if they will not be able to
attend by 12:00 noon of the day of the meeting or they will be considered unexcused. Three
unexcused absences could result in removal from the Commission per the Standing Rules.
