Resolution - 99-524 - Memorializing the decision of the City Council on May 12, 1999, denying
the appeal of JLT Group to a decision of the Planning Commission approving a site plan for a
truck facility at approximately 630 Prior Avenue North with conditions regulating access to the
site, noise, hours of operation and other issues.
Councilmember Harris stated the property is properly zoned, it was purchased by someone, and is
a legitimate business. The Planning Commission did a good job of adding restrictions of what
could happen there.
