Structures in the 500 block of Minnehaha Street were inspected for feasibility and four structures were designated for acquisition. However, between these structureswas a large piece of vacant property which combined with the acquisition would create a feasible multi-family housing site. In accordance with the acquisition requirements the owner has the option to obtain a second appraisal , which was done. Our review appraiser reviewed both appraisals and revised our offer amount by $5,000. We would, therefore, like to make a revised offer to the owner for possible settlement and completion of acquisition for the site. If the owner does not • accept the new offer, the parcel will be placed in condemnation for final court award. This site is scheduled for development under the McKnight Housing Fund.
