Approval of Administrative Order

PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:
To move and place on-site material from stock pile to specific locations.
Materials had been ordered in large quantity from a City Contractor to
achieve a price break for various uses in the project. This landscaping
contractor was then asked to place materials as per final planting
determination.
