ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
Pursuant to the authority granted by the City Council seated as the Board of the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul , Minnesota in
Resolution No. 77-5/25-2, the Executive Director is hereby directed to execute a
Street Vacation Petition requesting the Vacation of:
All that certain parcel or parcels of land in the City of Saint Paul , County
of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, more particularly described as follows:
All of the public alley as platted in Moss ' outlots in Holcombe's addition
to Saint Paul , lying between Block 20 of said Moss ' outlots and Block 2,
Thompson 's Subdivision of Blocks 18 & 19 of Moss ' Outlots , and between the
extensions Southerly across it of the Westerly line of Lot 1 and the Easterly
line of Lot 4, Block 2, said Thompson's Subdivision.
One hundred dollar filing fee to be expended from CDBG Fund (39602-559-112)
